The Clinical and Experimental Oncology Lab Group

The activities of the Bioinformatics Research Group are currently managed by the main researcher, Eng. Filippo Menolascina. Researches carried out by the Bioinformatics Research Group involved the collaboration with the Industrial Informatics Laboratory of the Polytechnic of Bari that gave rise to several theses in the field of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. In this framework several students had the opportunity of working on real-world problems in a dynamical and active field as Bioinformatics is.

The Bioinformatics Research Group, however, is located in the highly active research context of the Clinical and Experimental Oncology Lab of the NCI of Bari. The CEOL is composed by three groups:

Molecular Biology
Biomorphology
In Vitro Pharmacology
